Happy August!

Can you believe August is already here? Summer may still be in full swing, but for many of our families, back-to-school season is just around the corner!

As our kiddos get ready to head back to school, please help us keep everyone safe by slowing down and staying alert throughout the community. Please watch carefully for children walking, riding bikes, or playing near the streets. With school starting, we may also see increased traffic and more activity throughout the neighborhood, especially during the morning and afternoon hours.

And of course… August means the weather is still warm! ☀️ If you’re looking to cool off, remember that our community pool is open and ready for some summer fun!

A few friendly pool reminders:
🏊 Please follow all posted pool rules.
🚫 No adult beverages are permitted at the pool.
🔇 Please leave speakers and loud music at home so everyone can enjoy the pool peacefully.
😊 Be considerate of your neighbors and help keep the pool a fun, clean, and relaxing place for everyone.

Let’s make the most of these last weeks of summer while being mindful of our neighbors, our kiddos, and our shared community spaces.
