Pet Reminder

Please pick up after your pet. There has been an increased volume of dog waste found in the common areas. Besides being unsightly, animal waste can be hazardous to your health and the health of your pets. It is important to immediately clean up after your pet. If you do not clean up after your pet, you will be in violation of your Community CC&R’s (Article 6, section 19). Please be mindful of your neighbors and do not leave your pets unattended on the balcony or patio area. If there is excessive noise that can be attributed to your pet, you will be in violation of your
Community CC&R’s (Article 6, section 14).
