5 Year Sprinkler Inspections

Five Year Fire Sprinkler Testing is due to be completed. This is a mandatory inspection per the State of California and will be conducted by California Fire Protection & Backflow. Access to ALL units, is required. Inspections will be completed on Thursday, July 15th, between the hours of 8am-5pm. It will take approximately 5 minutes in each unit, which will consist of a visual inspection and a test of the fire bells.

Unfortunately, a specific time cannot be scheduled. If you cannot be home, please make arrangements to have somebody at your unit, to provide access. If access is not provided on July 15th, a return fee of $70 will be charged back to those individual unit(s) following a hearing.
